Perspective On 4000 killed In Iraq.

honored-dead
We honor the sacrifice of those who defend our freedom in Iraq. But, there are those who trumpet the fact that the death toll in Iraq has hit 4000, and use it as club to beat the Bush administration with. Here is some perspective from the WorldTribune.com

2,392 dead in 1980 (Carter)

2,380 dead in 1981 (Reagan)

4,435 dead in the American Revolution

364,511 dead in Civil War

116,516 dead in WWI

405,399 dead in WWII

36,574 dead in Korean War

58,209 dead in Vietnam War

All those who give there lives in the cause of freedom should be honored not used a political tool. The people who do this are themselves TOOLS.
